Insurance and Fees
My fee is $90 a session. If this is not within your means, I am happy to offer a sliding scale fee. I currently do not bill insurance, but will provide you with what you need to seek reimbursement.
You will need to ask about the details of your coverage. It is helpful to ask:
- Do I have outpatient mental health benefits
- What is my deductible and has it been met
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan provide
- How much will my plan pay for an out of network provider
- If I pay for my session, what documentation is needed to be reimbursed. How can I make sure I will be reimbursed.
